Following the publication of the previous two texts, you have expressed a great deal of interest in this topic, so I continue to share with you all that was interesting to me about external influences, food and its role in helping our minds to cope with disease.
What I do and what my beliefs about human health are – is based on the activity of our mind and energy primarily, but I cannot neglect external influences.
The primary concern is dealing with one’s mind and its parts, spirituality, purity of one’s thoughts and emotions, as well as taking care of one’s own life energy. Food comes as a perfect ally along the way.
From foods full of pesticides, heavy metals, radiation and other pathogens, nothing can protect you. Just as in the absence of love and compassion, organic fruits and vegetables will not save you from illness. It matters both!
It’s no secret that certain heavy metals are toxic. We are not even aware that we are often exposed in everyday situations to these metals which are the fuel for viral diseases. Many of the heavy metals can build up in the body and cause or contribute to the creation of disease. You all think heavy metals are some substances that are far away from us somewhere. I’ll tell you one thing, you all use aluminium foil in your kitchens, aluminium is heavy metal! It lives on from your old-fashioned thermometers as well as what you drink with water flowing through your old copper pipes. Yes, heavy metals are all around us.
It is not only a problem of immediate exposure; we are also struggling with the inherited heavy metals, the ones you received in amanet from your ancestors. They are poisonous in themselves, but even worse is that they tend to oxidize and thus damage all tissues that get in their way, reducing the power of our immunity and acting as a fuel for pathogens, viruses and bacteria.

Wild blueberries are the best antioxidant in the world! Don’t just mix it with industrial blueberries from a supermarket whose content is white. Wild blueberries are purple inside as well.
In addition to wild blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, cranberries, dry plums and cherries among fruits are exceptional antioxidants. While vegetables are exceptional antioxidant beans, artichokes and believe it or not potatoes. Walnuts, hazelnuts and pecans should be eaten as well.

As you can see in fruits and vegetables, it is salvation! So go ahead, let your meals abound with these healthy gifts of nature.
